Our house coffee particularly showcases its strengths in both fully automatic and portafilter machines, although at our Samocca coffee machines in Aalen and Heidenheim, it is predominantly prepared as a café crème using fully automatic machines. Therefore, the focus here is on composition and roasting – a great coffee at a reasonable price. Depending on the harvest year, we sometimes deliberately adjust the bean selection to ensure these core characteristics are always maintained.
